We stayed at Gurney's Newport Resort & Marina and had a wonderful stay. We booked a Igloo firepit reservation. When we checked in we were informed there was a $275 minimum spend. No where was this on my confirmation, so we cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation window and said we would be refunded. We have not been refunded and several attempts to contact merchant have been unsuccessful. Please refund the $105 charge.Business response

My apologies for the miss-understanding regarding the F*****B minimums for the igloo dining experience. I have refunded your American express the $105 as requested. again, my apologies and please let me know if I can assist further.
