      ***** of Pinnacle Roofing was very responsive to our inquiry of a roof replacement. He came to our home that same day with shingle samples and then followed up with an email quote with further information on the shingles and actual addresses of roof replacements by his company with the different shingle choices. I felt he went above and beyond when it came to customer service. The day of replacement went as he had explained. We are more than happy with the end result. It came out better than we expected. We would most definitely recommend Pinnacle Roofing for your roofing needs.

      We were very pleased with installation of our new roof. It looks great. It included the roof over the deck and the roof on our shed, They made the repairs that were needed and ensured all the previous leak points were correctly handled. The team was very efficient and they cleaned as they worked. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing work on a roof.

      I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing. ***** provided a very high level of customer service. He promptly came out the next day after my call, took the time to explain the process, showed me samples of materials, thoroughly accessed what needed to be done, and identified trouble areas on my roof I was unaware of ( he actually got on the roof to look around). His crew showed up early on the day promised and did a great job replacing my roof and cleaning up afterward. The cost of replacing my roof through Pinnacle was competitive with other quotes I received, which included correcting the trouble issues. The best part is when the job was done, I received an online photo album of the roof replacement process from start to finish. It was great to actually see the quality of work and all the materials used.

      I had reached out to 5 local roofing companies after an inspector had let us know that there was some damage and considerable aging. Although all 5 of the companies that came out were excellent as far as communication and professionalism, Pinnacle was the first to arrive for a consultation. **** and eventually, *****, were very easy to work with and were great with communication and always provided good explanations of the process and materials involved. They were also a huge help with the insurance side of things as well. The roof was entirely replaced and upgraded in a single day, and now looks perfect.

      The quotation process was very easy and complete. Everything was explained. Choices for materials was very clear and samples were provided. Warrantee was very good.Scheduling the roof replacement was awesome and I did not have to wait very long.Everything was right on schedule. Materials delivered 2 days before work and dumpster morning of job.The crew was on time professional and completed the job in one day. The new roof looks great and ready for solar install. Excellent work!!
