I purchased an airbag from them brought the airbag to the shop had it install it still have the receipt and everything I was told by state law when you sell somebody an airbag, you have to provide them with title because of ******************* inspection. I called over three times theyve been giving me the runaround about the airbag telling me its been too long to request it from them which ************* you have to keep the title no matter what you do especially if youre selling . They wont provide me a refund or nothing. I already contacted the Attorney general office. They ************ to report this problem and Im gonna continue reporting them to every avenue to make sure they dont do business.

On July 31, 2023, customer purchased an airbag for their vehicle.  At time of purchase, customer did not state that this vehicle is going for re-inspection in the **********************.  We were made aware of this months after the purchase.

In the *********************, which we are located in, we do not have to supply a copy of the title for any parts of a vehicle that we sell  that is going for re-inspection.  Just the vin number of the vehicle we sell the parts from.

We offer a 90 days warranty on parts, but I will offer this  customer a full refund if they can return the air bag in the same condition in which they purchased, by the end of March 2024.

bought a head that had crack but they didn't replace the head they said it over heated i said correct because of the hair line crack but they still didn't replace it.

    Business Response

Customer bought a ******** cylinder head from us on 03/17/2022.

On 03/25/2022 customer returned his core, which is his old one, for a $25.00 refund.  If the part he purchased was cracked like he stated, why didn't he return it then.

On around 06/06/2022 customer tried returning the cylinder head he bought, but we could not refund his money due to the fact the heat tab was melted.  Melted heat tabs voids the warranty, which is stated on the back of his invoice.  A copy is attached.

Customer did not receive a cracked cylinder head like he stated, his engine must have overheated, which caused the heat tab to melt, in which cracked his cylinder head he purchased.
