DO NOT RENT HERE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This property is dangerous and unfit to live in. While the units themselves look nice upon first glance, after living in them it is quickly uncovered that many problems exist. From leaking floors and ceilings, to unfinished floors, and electrical issues, this apt complex is basically all smoke in mirrors. Management does not do a good job of upkeep, the common areas are often dirty and unusable. There have been many times where the roof in the stairwells has leaked flooding them and dangerous to walk down. The washing/ drying units in the basement are often broken as well. Maintenance does not salt the parking lot when it snows leading to a very slippery and dangerous lot. There is only one gate code for the building and it is often shared outside of the community which has led to drug addicts roaming the premises, mail being stolen right out of the mail room, car break ins, tires being stolen, and most recently an entire car being stolen. Whenever these concerns are brought to the attention of management, the managers (***** and ****** at the time this complaint is being filed) often find a way to blame the tenants for these things happening and offer no recourse. There have been many times where tenants have requested that the gate code simply be changed and this often goes ignored by management. Sometimes when safety requests are made this can also results in retaliation from management in the form of fees and harassment. Management has even been non-compliant with law enforcement when these incidents are being investigated which has led to tenants not being able to recover their stolen property. Overall, this is an awful place to rent from and my family and I will be out as soon as our lease ends and we will not recommend this place to anyone.
