12/23/23 I dropped off a working iPad that had a cracked screen, seeking to get the screen replaced. I was told it would take 3 days. I then followed up w the business twice a week for over 6 weeks, during which time I was given many different excuses until they admitted to breaking the iPad causing it to not be able to turn on. I was told they would replace the iPad they broke. They have not replaced the iPad, nor have they returned my iPad that they broke.Customer response

To whom it may concern, I remember this customer and she is correct about us agree to replace the iPad, that my tech worked on. I did order a replacement, but I am not sure if she was informed about the *** or when it was delivered. But I am certain that we still have the replacement iPad in the store.
