This contractor installed three custom slider doors in our house. They were the wrong size. The contractor did not allow the Pella salesperson to measure the areas prior to ordering the doors. The wrong size doors were forced into the areas. We ordered new sliders and paid a competent contractor to replace the doors. Brennan and Associates, **** built a shed in our back yard. The nails used to secure the siding are exposed. Contractor did not pull permits to perform work in pur basement.

The sliding doors were measured and installed in the opening that the old ones came out of. The homeowner did not want us to open the brickwork any more than the original opening size. We never stopped any Pella salesperson from coming out and measuring. We always submit our measurements and things are fine. The homeowner did not want any officials in their basement and insisted that we did not pull a permit and as we were not doing any structural work we did not need to. We never heard any complaints about the siding or an issue with the nails being exposed. They decided to end our working relationship and so this is just them being upset and not being willing to work with us.
