    I hired Victor M Bulux at Victor Associates LLC to prepare and file my ******************************************** upon completion I was given the choice of direct deposit and provided my bank account number and routing number to complete the transaction. Since I had not received my refund until August, I contacted ********************************** from Victor Associates LLC to find out what was going on, when I called the *** they confirmed that my refund had already been deposited in the bank account belonging to Victor *********************************** upon my complaint with Mr ****** he offered the return of my Refund and wrote me a check in the amount of $7,659.00 dated 08/31/2024 which was returned by ************** for insufficient funds on 09/05/2024, I have been trying to contact Mr ***** since the check was returned with no response.I have to mention that Mr ***** switched my account number for his account number without my authorization.

    On march 30th /2024 I had my taxes done by Victor Bulux Victor AssociatesA few weeks pass when Victor contacted me by phone and stated.That he had made an error when he did my taxes and to solve the problem he had to resubmit my taxes but before he can do that I need to return him my original tax refund as it was a requirement from the government I had return to him ******** by an app called Cash app. Victor then mention that the correct amount I was supposed to receive was ******** but in order for him to fix that mistake he had to return the original refund I received. Victor then mention that I was supposed to receive a check by mail. With the correct amount (********). Provided photo when the transaction was made. I have tried to contact Victor multiple times by phone, text and show up to his office and he never responds.Up to this day 8/14/24 victor has refused to refund me the correct amount (********) or the original amount *****

    I AM IN CNTACT WITH MY ERRANDS AND EMISSIONS AT THE MOMENT TO CORRECT THIS MATTER. IF SOMETHING IS OWE TO MR ******* WE WILL MAKE SURE HE GETS HES MONEY IN THE CORRECT AMOUNT.

     Victor has said this in the past that he would pay, says a date by when the Refund should be expected and then he finds a reason why not to pay back. This situation has become frustrating as victor is very deceiving and untruthful. I ask to please close this case once Vctor has returned the money.
