    On 10/22/24 **** came to our home to see about fixing our oven and stovetop. He said that he could fix it, he needed to look for parts. We paid him $100 for the service-call which he said he'd remove from the total. On 10/23/24 he sent a text of an image of a proposal totaling $1225. We agreed. He asked for $775 up front for parts. We send him that via Venmo with the understanding that he'd return on 11/1/24 to repair the oven. I texted him on 11/1/24 asking if he got the parts yet, and he said no and asked to reschedule the following week. We never heard back from him. I sent him a text on 11/11/24 asking if there was any word on the parts. No response. I sent another text asking the same today 11/12/24, no response. My final text was telling him that I'm filing with you.

    I have heard from this business. He contacted me after I sent him a pic of how easy small claims court is. He said he would send us the parts and a check but we havent received anything.

    On July10, 2024 Jeffrey ****** visited our home to provide service on a Kitchen Aid refrigerator "in the door ice maker" At that time we paid him $675.00. He returned on July 25, replaced several parts, collected another $684.00 and said it should produce ice cubes in 24 hours or less. It DID NOT. I provided him with the Kitchen Aid tech support toll free number and he was told the wrong board was used. Received a call from Jeffrey several weeks ago, stating he had the correct board and gave me an appointment date. HE NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER PHONED AND NEVER TEXTED. HE PRESENTLHY DOES NOT RETRN MY PHONE CALLS.
