              I had been a Massage Envy (ME) member in good standing for more than 10 years and my membership was with the ********** location. I had accumulated 28 massage credits when I asked to freeze my membership before the start of Covid. I was contacted last November once by phone to see if I wanted to restart but at 61 yes old with no vaccines it was too dangerous. Once vaccines were preeclampsia and indoor businesses reopened, I called ME to begin to restart my membership with access to accumulated credits but they said all credits were cancelled. I've reached out to discuss with the manager multiple times and have received emails refusing to honor my credits or reimburse me. The appx value of these credits is $1700. I would like a refund for these massage credits or a reinstatement of the service in an active membership.
