      I have been using rimi for years, with no issues However I had some imaging done in June 2024 I never received any Bill invoice or other communications from them either by mail ,email ,phone ,or text ,all of which information they have on file I assumed my x-rays were covered by my insurance,The only thing I then received yesterday was a communication from a collections attorney!I called rimi to ask them why they never sent me any invoices through any form of communication, they claimed that they mailed me two invoices and sent me three texts.I never received any of these communications. Having had no problem whatsoever with any communications from them in the past, I assume their system is in error and they never sent me notice that I had a copay due.I feel they should make an effort to call or at least text someone when an amount becomes overdue, especially because that person in the past always paid their bills immediately upon receipt of an invoice. I have since paid the invoice, just wanted to make people aware that they will tell you non-truths when you call, even when they mess up..
