      Bought 3 dogs from them all were the best health and fit in are family very well

      ********** ** perfect puppy should be shut down. This place is totally cruel. Animals can't exercise no daylight because windows are covered with paper. Dogs look sick and have feices and urine on them. Shame on the board of health and animal control.

      Visited all three locations before deciding to purchase our goldendoodle puppy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, store was clean and puppies looked very well cared for and healthy. No complaints, definitely recommend the perfect puppy

      I work nearby and stopped into the perfect puppy in **********, **- not knowing anything about them. I just wanted to see some puppies. There was a teenage kid on her phone, didnt even lift her head up. She just said dont touch any dogs that was it. I said ok and walked around. These dogs are starving for attention, seem sick, crying and barking like crazy. You can hear the cries from outside the door. There is no daylight, they never leave their tiny little boxes. Its so sad, I left in tears. How is this allowed? How?????? Isnt it a law that the dogs need to have exercise, sunlight, attention? Im so not done with this.

      This place has numerous violations from the ********** of *** They are puppy mill sellers. Dogs are not healthy or safe. Man pups are purchased and are very sick

      I bought and rescued this puppy that was Wicked sick Wicked skinny and shaking his head cryin of his ears ! They were purple his ears and cuts all over him or flea p*** ! ?? I've Never dealt with anything like this or seen such a horrible thing in my life ! Dog was 6mon old stuck in this tiny tiny wooden box ! So I pd 1000$ to rescue him but even told them had 2 other puppies at home ! Now dog was searching his ears So Bad and crying especially at night ! I also Been wicked sick with this dog so Needy 4 attention I started researching ear mites and have all the signs of ear mites which Now my other dogs have ****** ears I had No problems be4 I bought this dog with scratching like crazy bought ear infection med online and ear cleaner used half the bottle ! But doesn't get rid of the mites! Now All my dogs are itching haven't been able 2 work in over 2 weeks can't pay my rent Now ! Have Been picking this white rocks bites out of my face ! At night got bugs crawling all over my new furniture I just bought when moved into my new apartment had none of these problems be4 I bought this dog ! Now can't even sit on my couch no matter sleep on it at night and bought all new furniture when moved in here and all I my car cause brought puppy in my car ! That my face has **** on fire ?? All covered in Blood and bites covering my face picking white rocks out of my face ! And body feels like bugs crawling all over me ! Def will get down to the bottom of this and will seek legal help if needed as well as calling channels about this animal crulity and neglect of Care to this skinny 6min old puppy locked in this small wooden crate 4 6 mons I can't believe this is legal ! It's gonna cost me thousands 2 resolve this bug problems as I cried myself to sleep last night with My face covered in Blood and white rocks picking them out my face ! And now all 3 dogs itching there ears and mites everywhere ! They are the hardest 2 get rid of and can live 4 months in ur house ! This is the Worst !

      The BBB has no concern for the puppies.If they cared about our concerns These puppies shops would of been closed down Instead bring your concerns to the state law makers

      They have a 7 day return period for dogs but not if you financed the dog, should change their contract to include this. They dont accept the dog back if you financed, just tell you to bring the puppy to their vet so you cant tell the finance company that you dont have the puppy anymore. The owner said that he felt bad for us and was going to send us a check for half the cost of the dog and they never did.
