We had my nephews car towed to West Shore Service, **** on 688 West Shore Rd. *******, R.I. We were told that the car needed a starter which was going to cost 750 and you need to bring me 550 right now so I did. He was referred to me by a very close friend who is shocked by the treatment I received. A few days later he called said ok the starter's in now you need a sensor another 600, so I told him put the car back together we will have it towed out of there which we did. After 750 the car still did not start. Towed it out of there. Two weeks later had it towed to a good place found out never needed a sensor and all the wires were unplugged. The whole inside of the car had to be taken apart to put the wires back together. This man should refund my money it cost over four hundred dollars more and he never got the car started he does deserve 750 300 maybe. Thank you ******************************* ************ ******************************************

My husbands truck was brought to ***** at West Shore Gas late August early September 2021. He collected $2500 and took it apart. He requested another $2500 to put it back together. The truck is currently apart and no more work has been done. He has a total of $5000 and nothing helps. He has been making excuses and not returning phone calls. Since the truck is apart it cannot be moved. This is totally frustrating and feel he is giving us the run around. This is causing ill health to both of us. The inspection sticker was September 2021. Please advise as to what may be done to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance! ***************** *************
