      1. I leased a Q3 from this dealership in June of 2018. In June of 2021, I set an appointment to buy out the vehicle at the end of the lease. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by my salesperson (***************************) that service ***** was too busy to complete the inspection and required paperwork, and that I would have to do the transaction on my own through the 800#.2. On 6/25/21, I purchased my vehicle for $23,682.50. **** of Sale is available.3. When the title had not arrived by August, I began calling Audi at ************. Each month since August, I called and was given the run around: the title with no signature required for delivery was lost/stolen, a duplicate title would be issued in September/October/November,/December. I could file for a duplicate with the ***** myself, etc.4. On my visits to the **** I was told that I cannot apply for the duplicate title, Audi/VW Leasing is the only one that can. I also cannot register my vehicle without the title. Because of this, I have a vehicle that is undriveable and fees/interest accruing with the *** and ******************.5. 2/3/21, after another visit to the *** where they told me that NO duplicate title has been applied for at any time, I went to the dealership where I met with ***************************, who was very nice, but informed me that there was little he could do to help because the dealership is "Penske not Audi". On 2/3/21 I also emailed the General Manager *********************** asking for a resolution and received no response.

      Audi Warwick ** I purchased a 2021 audi a4 4 days ago. I drove 150 miles. I only drive up and down **************** in ********. I drove on the highway one time when i had to go back to audi because they forgot to fill my gas tank. so 1 day ago I started to see dings in my windshield and all over my front bumper. Im saying to myself there is noway I caused this....after looking at before and after photos all/most dings on my windshield were already there and was never told about them. The ones on my front bumper were ?? painted. Either to hide the dings for the sale or just a bad paint job. Regardless I specifically asked if the bumper, etc were fine. not happy at all. deceived. beware.
