**************** was ok, but the quality of the clothing is atrocious for it's price. I can get a higher quality t-shirt/ shorts at ******* for 1/4 what I paid here. Our school tennis team had a store to order uniforms. The "tennis shorts" don't have a pocket. The black "sports fabric" is nearly see-through and strangely rough when expected to be smooth. The white t-shirt is just as bad. I would expect this quality if I were paying about $5 per item, but not at $30-40 per item. I'd give it negative stars if I could.SquadLocker, Inc.

To clarify a few details: we did provide a courtesy code for a replacement shirt, as the original order was placed in grey but needed in white. This was due to a customer selection error, and we were happy to assist. Regarding the shorts, pocketed options are not currently listed on your storefront, but wed be glad to help add those if thats something youd like moving forward.
As for pricing, our model is based on single-unit, made-to-order production with no minimums required. This can affect price per item, but it allows for flexibility and convenience for team families ordering individually.
A return label was issued to you on 4/30, and were happy to process the courtesy refund ***** had approved once the return is received. If the return label didnt arrive, please reach out to ***** through your current case, and shell be glad to send a new one your way.Thank you,

Squadlocker claims that poor quality reversible shorts for our town basketball teams are produced correctly based on a mockup by our organization, but there is nothing about this design that is reversible. There is a permanent label on the white side, and the design just looks see through. Getting through to customer service was a multi step process. First chat then email. The gas lighting is disappointing as well. Telling me to simply change one thing or just do another when telling me how to make the shorts reversible is condescending and insulting. ***** this company!SquadLocker, Inc.

Im truly sorry to hear that the items you received did not meet your expectations. When the concern about the reversibility of the shorts was brought to our attention, we carefully reviewed the order details and confirmed that the items were produced correctly based on the approval from your stores administrator.
We also reached out to the administrator to offer adjustments to the shorts, but the decision was made to proceed as it was originally designed. My school that I work had opened an online store with Squadlocker a few years back. I purchased items from the store and then began to receive emails advertising apparel for my school. I did not have any issue with this until about a month ago when Squadlocker changed the way their email appears in my inbox from "Squadlocker" to the name of my elementary school. I kept thinking I was receiving communication from my school. When I would click on it, it was actually an advertisement/promotion from Squadlocker. This is an incredibly deceptive practice and may result in families and/or staff ignoring our school's future emails, thinking it may just be more spam. I contacted them to demand that this praxis cease. It was very hard to get them to close our account. I had to communicate via chat as they do not have phone lines any longer. Not only is this a deceptive practice, but it's fraudulent to pretend to be our school. They will never be receiving my business again.SquadLocker, Inc.

I received a gift card for an order from SquadLocker and when I went through the order fields, didn't fill it in correctly. Gian from SquadLocker responded to my email request for help right away, voiding my initial transaction so that I could start over and still use my gift card. I recently ordered gear for my son for his baseball team. The sizes were a little smaller than expected. I reached out to costumer service and ****** messaged me back the next day. I placed an order on 9/20 for two items. This is my second time ordering personal items for my childs uniform. Last time we had the same issue of our shipping being delayed over two weeks. This time around I ordered early thinking a month should be enough time to get our order in time in case the delayed shipping again. Its been over a month and I still havent received our orders. I emailed and called but all you get are automated messages. This is so frustrating as I wish I had other options to order school attire but we are a private school and our school seems to work with them. I will continue to address this issue to our school and see if they can provide other stores or businesses we can work with for parents wanting to order few school items. Dont order single or few items ** they only make bulk orders a priority.SquadLocker, Inc.

Your order is currently on the production floor and expected to ship tomorrow as scheduled. As soon as the order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
I have reviewed your five orders and I do see that last September we were delayed 4 business days in fulfilling your order. The other three orders placed were shipped as agreed. The date we provide at checkout is an estimated ship date and we do our best to ship by that date. This year we communicated our delay as we were aware that our recent conversion delays would impact your order.
