    On July 28, 2023, I purchased a nail system for about $156 (Order #US78009) from a company called Sistaco. It promised to include a free wireless hair straightener called a dreamstyler with this purchase, which is honestly the biggest reason I decided to actually purchase it. I received the order on August 9, 2023 and it did not have the dreamstyler present, so I immediately emailed the company. They let me know that it was shipped separately from ****** and that it may take some time to arrive. I waited another month and it still didnt arrive, so I checked in again. They had no answers and tried to give me a promo code for $50 in sistaco products, which I declined because I have discovered that I am allergic to them. Rather than send me the item I was promised, they wanted to focus on the allergy and completely ignored the issue at hand. It has now been more than 3 months and I still dont have my dreamstyler PLUS Im allergic to their product. I want the dreamstyler delivered, they need to complete my order in full. If they cannot do this, then I want a full refund for the massive inconvenience of having to chase this down AND due to being allergic to the product.

    On Saturday, March 25th of this year, my boyfriend and I went to a home and garden show in *********, **. We found a salesman effectively pitching a radiant heater. He stated that not only was it more than efficient to heat or 20x20 garage, ( he stated in would easily heat a 2 car garage,) but that it would continue to do so even if we opened the doors and high winds swept through our garage. He was very convincing and we felt confident in our purchase. My boyfriend put the heater on the wall of the garage that night. He ran it for several hours and it was unable to bring the temperature of the garage to even a remotely comfortable temperature. We run a small ceramic heater in the garage that can sometimes bring up the temperature to 67 degrees- far surpassing the efficiency of the radiant heater. My boyfriend had to run the propane in the garage that night so he could be in there. He let the radiant heater run for 12 hours after that and could not bring the temperature in the garage higher than 53 degrees. Our garage is insulated so that can not be made an issue. We feel that we were purposely deceived in the purchase of this heater. He removed it from the wall and placed it back in its original packaging. I called the company and they informed me that we would be charged a 20% restocking fee if we returned the heater. This is unacceptable to me because the the salesman was dishonest in our transaction. We want to be able to return the heater for a full refund and for people to be aware that this heater is not capable of what they tell you it is.

    On the heater, Heater converts energy heat by directly heating the objects rather than the air around them. There are man variables such as ceiling height and insulation when heating a space.

    I bought the "extreme mini game box" at ***************************** (*********). I went home and plugged the system in and it doesn't work. It freezes as soon as you select a game. It lets your search through games but not actually play them. It freezes and you can't get off the frozen screen. The only way is to unplug the system and start over. But even when you do that, it freezes again before you can play a game. There is no website to contact/get support from and the 800 number thats on the receipt goes straight to voicemail. I believe I was scammed and have no way to get a refund for a product that NEVER worked. I want a full refund of my $85. After reading all the other reviews of people have the same issues, even when replacements were sent out, its not worth it to me to go through that for the next 3 months. Just give me a refund and I will mail the defective item back.

                            I spoke with customer one day this week, and I gave her a Return Authorization Number to return it for a new one. This product is a ALL SALES FINAL with a one year warranty.

    I told her if she took it back to the fair, they may refund her. She can call the office at ************ and I will see what I can do for her.

    On 2-12-22 at the ********* ** home and garden show I purchased a mini game box for ***** it plays on the ** games I used to play as a child that I can play with my grandsons it works then freezes within 10 minutes of play i returned it paid **** postage and the second one play and freezes within 10 minutes of play I called and asked for my money back and they said all sales are final (of course they are its junk) I just received my 3rd one (paid postage again) and within 10 minutes of play it is frozen very upsetting to my grandsons and me I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK its a piece of junk.. I should of realized it when it so all sales are final but I was so happy to see a game from my times

                       I have spoken to this customer a few times and was very nasty to me on the phone, we never have any complaints about this product,this is her 3rd box and she claims she is still having issues.

    This is an All Sales final product with a one year warranty on it. I believe it is something on her end , but when I try to explain that all she does is yell at me.

    he is incorrect in saying hes spoken to me a few times .. we have spoken once on the phone and I got no results his response is all sales are final .. which I dont understand why he wouldnt stand behind his product.. its unlikely that Im the only one and ALL THREE of these devices freeze after starting it. Theres not really an user error you plug in and play. 
    Why wouldnt you as a reputable company want to be sure this problem is resolved.  I now have the third game (device) and its freezes Ive paid ***** for the first one ****** something to mail it back another game (device) another postage fee to mail it back.. and now the third and its not working how many mailing fees do I pay? How Does this get resolved its just not right to be treated this way.

    Please see attached Credit Card slip and the 2 replacement that we sent out.  Customer purchased first Video game  at the ********* Home & Garden on 2/12/22, Customer returned the product and we shipped out a new one on 3/19/22 and we paid $ ****

    to send it back, on May 16th we send out another video game and we paid $ **** to ship. If you noticed on the CC slip it says All Sales are Final. There is a one year warranty on this item. We have done everything we can by sending out new video

    games. I am not sure what the problem is on her end. If she wants to send it back we are willing to exchange it.

    The game item does not work, Ive spent postage to return it two times as well as the business says they spent postage to send me the game.  How many times in the year are we going to do this it makes not sense to me.  I am out ***** plus the two postage returns.. just to get this figured out since Ive had 3 bad games already Id be willing to take a return on 1/2 of my money ***** and return this one that doesnt work  as I dont see sending this one back and getting another is going to be any better.  It honestly plays less than 10 minutes and freezes then nothing.  And because its a plug in and play I dont think theres anything different to do and its been 3 devices .   Its not right I paid ***** for something that DOES NOT WORK.. and be expected to continually pay for postage for another and end up with NOTHING .
