    Hello I leased a vehicle from ***** of Sandy Lane late April 2022. He told me that my car needed needed CV joint repair he kept my car for days after purchase however nothing was done to my car he allowed me to get my car and insured me due to Covid things are backed up and orders are taking longer than normal hi continued to call ***** and inquire about my piece/repair because I did not want my ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** any information you can provide . to prevent any further damage to my car I went in long and had it repaired at another dealership there was no hold up on the piece there it took about seven days after that I drove my car for 2 1/2 weeks it completely shut down had ignition replaced to no avail. I then had it towed to official Land Rover dealership for a diagnosis and the vehicle requires ******* in repairs. ***** understood his errors I assumed and told me to tow back to him. My car has been there since June 7th. Barely no response from them when I do call Im Still being told theyre waiting for piece with the prior history of this dealership from other customers and now my current experience after spending two grand myself Im seeking a resolution as I was in a auto accident prior to purchase of this vehicle and have no transportation for my family to get to school. Im seeking repair within a week or the ******* to get repaired honestly and efficiently at Land Rover mechanic. Thanks

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint since the first day complaint was made. He did respond on day 1 asking for more time but here it is two weeks later and I'm in the exact same place with no progression and no car. Since May I've only driven car for 13 days all other days it's been in various shops.
