    Hi, I had SoundFx install a radio and remote start. Whoever worked on my truck disabled my factory USB and AUX ports. They also ran the wire from the radio to my floor, thats where they want me plug my phone in as well. The damage to my door was from a heat gun or torch. It burned all the way through the paint to the metal. Its about the size of a dime and perfectly round.The manager took pictures and I was told he would get back to me. He never called me back. *** called at least ***** times, emailed the president of the company, and showed up in person. At this time, they keep blowing me off and not responding. Is there anything you can do to get these issues resolved ? Thank you,******

    Yes, that is correct, the factory USB ports and AUX adaptors do not function in this particular situation per manufacturer. This was discussed with the client. An alternative option was discussed but was refused. The radio is 100% wireless further negating the need to retain the ports. 

    No damage was done to the door while in our work area. The security camera was reviewed as a precuationary measure. As the picture shows, it is a near perfect circle. It also shows how the paint is lifting off at the 12 O'clock position, which most likely was from the result of paitless dent removal (glue method). 

    If  we have had in fact damaged the vehilce he would have been notified and it would be rectified, and that is our policy.
