      This is the MOST INCOMPETENT PHARMACY EVER! I was having problems always with getting my refills. They tell me to put in for auto refill- they set up for me and I'm still always running out of my meds. I call them and left a msg- the pharmacist calls me back and states your refill is ready. I send my boyfriend 6 HOURS LATER AND THEY HAVE NOTHING... He's told they have to order it and it'll be here tomorrow evening. How incompetent are you ppl that someone looks into a system, reaches out and still they are left empty handed. This is the FOURTH TIME I've had to waste time, energy, and gas just to still be without my meds and need to make another trip and wait in another line. I think ppl really need to consider the CONSUMERS INCONVENIENCE WHEN THESE THINGS HAPPEN ESPECIALLY IF IT'S OFTEN ENOUGH TO WARRANT ME TO COMPLAIN!

      We visited the CVS pharmacy in ******* (ZIP *****) at night and parked our car in front of the store, but it was towed before the shop had even closed. We ended up paying nearly $170 to retrieve the car. The next morning, I called CVS for an explanation and filed a complaint. The local manager contacted us to verify the situation a month ago, but we haven't received any further response since then. I sent a follow-up email, but still no ******** seems that there may be a "collaboration" between this CVS location and the towing company, Robert's/Frank's Towing, which has displayed rude behavior as well. This practice may be happening regularly to customers, as a colleague of mine had a very similar experience. I wanted to bring this potential issue to attention to alert others and help them avoid unnecessary losses.

      This is regarding CVS Pharmacy in ********, **. I am not surprised by the negative online reviews related to the name "*****" at this location; a disrespectful pharmacist named ***** ******* who shamelessly boasted "This is my store". He showed a complete lack of respect for our years-long patronage and for the fact that my husband and I are senior citizens. I have never been spoken-to in such a cruel, bullying manner as ***** spoke to me. He was abusive, disrespectful, and could not have cared less that I needed to learn why one of my husband's heart medications was listed as "Inactive / Un-refillable", to which ***** contemptuously insisted was cancelled by our cardiologist. He actually accused our cardiologist of lying. Our doctor assured us he ordered no such medicinal cancellation. This was an irresponsible, dangerous error by CVS. ***** ******* could have easily resolved this issue in a mature, professional manner, rather than trying to win an argument like a child - after which time he hung up on me, TWICE. He refused to allow me to speak while yelling over me the entire time. I was so flabbergasted by ******* disgusting display of bullish, insulting behavior that I called CVS Corporate and submitted a formal complaint. They agreed his behavior was completely unacceptable. I did hope my conversation with ***** had been taped for quality control so that the corporate office could hear for themselves how ***** verbally abused me. I made it clear ***** ******* treated me as though I was something stuck to the bottom of his shoe. Imagine a pharmacist who is responsible for the healthcare medications of other human beings, being allowed to display this type of shocking behavior towards CVS's customers. ***** is a cocksure ill-mannered bully who should be fired for his abusive treatment of senior citizens and others who spend money for their vital meds. No one deserves to endure this brand of harsh verbal attacks simply for calling one's pharmacy to ask a question.

      THE MINUTE CLINIC IS AWFUL!!! THEY DID NOT BILL MY CORRECT INSURANCE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PROVIDED! I WAS DEDUCTED $558 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!!!! I CALLED BILLING AND THEY WERE RUDE NOT HELPFUL. I HAD TO CALL MY INSURANCE TO THREE WAY IN CVS BILLING. AFTER BILLING GOT ALL THE RIGHT INFORMATION THEY STILL DID NOT SUBMIT CLAIM TO THE RIGHT INSURANCE! I ASKED FOR A REFUND DUE TO CVS MINUTE CLINIC NOT BILLING CORRECT AND WAS TOLD THAT IS "NOT POLICY." I CALLED TODAY TO MAKE SURE THEY FILED CLAIM, SAID THEY DID. CALL MY INSURANCE AND THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A CLAIM. HAD TO DO ANOTHER THREE WAY CALL AND BILLING YET AGAIN SUBMITTED CLAIM TO WRONG ADDRESS!!!! THIS IS AWFUL AND TO NOT EVEN GET A REFUND FOR THE WRONG DOING OF CVS MINUTE CLINIC!

      I've been waiting 2+ weeks for my prescriptions. There were 3. Somehow they've decided to just delete 2 of them and the other still hasn't been filled. I pray they go out of business ASAP, people are getting very ill, suffering and dying due to the sociopaths at CVS who only care about PROFIT.

      Horrible horrible place! Very nice men with empathy and professional. The women are awful demonic creatures no empathy for the elder. I am 73 years old totally unhealthy and they give me such a problem every time I need a medication that is going to help me feel better. Then when I speak to a man there I get taken care of .please help and have these women out. Get some new people who are professional and caring like the men that worked there Cvs in ************************************************ in ********** inside target horrible horrible women I called with tremendous pain because they will not give me my medication that the emergency room sent for me to take and one of those women, the one in ********** Florida in target when I called and I started to explain the pain I was having she hung up on me. What a creature! Same with the one in ************, ******* ANOTHER creature and this is not the first time they do it all the time please get rid of them! I have been to many DRUG stores in my life and I never had a problem ever.. until I started going to Cvs the Canadian drugstore. They need to be investigated.. I only gave one star because the gentleman are more than polite and nice and helpful and very empathetic. They need to be investigate. Thanks

      Well well well, since they got around being listed on BBB, I'll just say this in general about CVS. I'm a Roadie driver, and wouldn't you know, CVS is being about the most incompetent thing by not recognizing me AFTER SAYING I'M A ROADIE DRIVER AND SHOWING THEM MY APP WITH THE INFORMATION LISTED. After conferring with the head pharmacist, and even overlooking my gender and mistaking me for a female customer. Then they CANCELLED my gig, after I had to drive 20 miles to get there and back, negating my earnings AND PROP 22 BENEFITS. THIS KIND OF THING IS ASININE. PLEASE DON'T UTILIZE ROADIE.

      On April 2, 2025 I talked to the pharmacist (****) at the CVS location on ***************** in *********, IN about a mistake in medication pricing. After several minutes of discussion she became agitated and said I called her crazy. I did not call her crazy. I said the situation was crazy. She said she would not talk about it anymore and hung up on me. She just told my wife (April 4, 2025) that we could not refill anymore prescriptions at her store. We needed to find a a new pharmacy after 10 years at this location. She told me during the conversation that she had experienced a rough day, I believe she blew this whole situation out of context. I was not rude to her. I was just upset about the situation and I believe it was a simple misunderstanding. I have never had a complaint handled in this matter.***** ****** Lafayette, **
