    I purchased a used tire from this location and took it back the next day because my car was bouncing and rocking like it was about to fall apart. The owner said that my struts had gone bad and that the other tire needed to be replaced also. I told him I didn’t have any issues prior. He advised I got a mechanic’s opinion. I also went to a tire shop he suggested. They said they tire he sold was out of round causing the bouncing. I asked him to refund me for the bad tire and put the spare back on he refused and shoved me several times stating that it is my issue not his and he doesn’t want me to step foot near his location again. I called the police he told them he didn’t have cameras and that I charged at him. The police wouldn’t do anything even after I requested to press charges. I have never feel so helpless, fearful and unappreciated by a business/business owner in my life. I only requested a refund and he could have the tire back but he yelled that all I wanted was something for free. I’m so disappointed because I’ve used the business before and I had not idea they handled business like this.

    We sold the customer a tire fir the rear passenger side of her car because it was out of round and had wire showing. The back driver side was also out of round but we only had one tire in stock that size. We showed her how the other tire was out of round and explained to her that her rear shocks were causing her tires to wear unevenly.  She sent her mother the next day to say that her car was shaking because of our tire. We showed her mother the shock and rear driver tire shaking issue. She insisted that we were the problem and not her shocks and rear driver tire. Her mother left and the daughter came in the next morning wanting me to fix the problem. I told her that we do not do mechanical work. Only tires. She said that it was our fault and that she wasn’t leaving until we fix it. I told her to leave but she refused and called the police to deal with it. The police came and said there was nothing they could do.
