    Rejoined monthly $24.99 car wash membership 10/2024 at Easley SC location. Was charged $24.99 on 10/5/24; 11/24/24; 12/02/24; 12/24/24. Cancelled 12/23/24 when I saw pending charges. Contacted company to dispute. I have emailed the company to resolve and No resolution or refund of over charges has taken place. Online membership shows active until 01/02/25 even though I cancelled 12/23/24 and was charged 12/24/24. Seems like 2 different charge cycles are happening with 24th of each month and the 2nd. Account is linked via license plate and I only have one vehicle.

    When do the same for one time car wash because was selling the car same day. One of the employees created an illegal account under my tag and I have been charging every month since July 10, 2024. I called customer service and basically tell me that nothing that they can do. If I have any further question go to the site and talk with **** ******* ********* Extremely rude customer service and charging for a service never requested.

    We have reviewed the complaint.

    The issue appears to be the customer was not clear of the promotion they agree to and hit on the screen. 

    Due to the confusion and inconvenience, the account has been canceled and refunded.

    They did a refund as they show in their receipt, but they took the money back after they print the receipt.

    Got a car wash went to their drying stations. Hit their tire guard with my front bumper because it’s high-level with it stock suspension 2015 Subaru WRX put a service claim in and it got denied said I was parked in the parking lot which there’s no parking lot it’s a whole bunch of vacuums and drying stations, really rude on the phone won’t let me talk to the supervisor on corporate said it was not their issue and I can go to their Clemson location and not have a problem. Car fits underneath their blockers the pyramid area location, which where happened at has bigger ones. And they’re not taking care of it

    Here at Papa Bear we take every damage claim seriously and review footage to be sure we understand every situational with the most facts as possible. There are several reasons of why we denied this claim but the main 2 are that the scratches are not consistent for it to happen at our car wash location. You can see all the scratches and different lines that prove it has happened more than this one instance. Secondly, we wash thousands of cars a month at each of our locations and this is the first time we have had this type of complaint. Our parking stops were required by the County for us to get a final inspection (CO) and are to code in every space. This claim was handled with urgency and integrity like every other claim that is brought to our attention and we stand behind our decision not to take any level of responsibility. We are sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused. Thank you.

    ******* **** because it’s not a scratch it’s a crack and I have pictures of the other location that they’re saying they’re all the same which they’re not They just don’t wanna own up to their own responsibilities of being a business and taking care of their customers a.k.a. I’m not getting taken care of I’m just getting a wraparound, which is amazing. I can see what kind of business these people run.

    On June 2, 2023 I took my brand new truck to the Papa Bear Car Wash on Clemson Blvd, Anderson South Carolina to get it washed. After I arrived at home I discovered that i had paint damage (paint chipped) on the right rear quarter panel above the tail light. This was too high for a rock to have caused this damage. I;m convinced that the damage was caused by the car wash because 2 weeks prior to this after taken my truck through the exact same car wash i discovered the next day the very same type paint chipped damage to the right rear cab area. At this i felt that i just had bad luck but again the car wash is responsible for the damage to my truck. I have reached out to the company through their web page, email and txt message them they have failed to make any effort to contact me.

    We followed up with David several times to get as much information as possible regarding his damage claim here at PAPA BEAR. He gave us information on when he came / we took pictures of the areas of concern, but we found several discrepancies regarding his claim. He said he came through our wash location twice but we have a license plate recognition system that reads all license plates before they go through the car wash and we only found his tag one time for one of the times he came through. Also, the items addressed in the claim that he filed and put all on social media reviews are not consistent with the way our wraps spin in the car wash. As owners of PAPA BEAR we have been in the business for 20+ years and what we realize is accidents or situations may happen, but typically if it happens to one car, it happens to a lot of cars. We have not had any other complaints, and we checked all of our equipment to see if this is a possibility, and we do not find that the claim was done here at PAPA BEAR. (Code ***************
