Gold’s Gym failed to provide me with any written notice 30 days prior to my renewal, AS STATED IN THE CONTRACT, and yet payment continues to come out. My address has not changed. I have tax documents that have been mailed to me current address, the same address on the contract, so it’s clear I still reside at *** ******* Street, ********, SC. Golds gym tells members to contact **** Payment but when I worked there, the manager Caitlin W**** cancelled members at her will for any number of reasons and referred them to **** Payment when she wanted to continue charging them. Again, the contract states it is the responsibility of this gym to notify the member within 30 days of the contract be automatically renewed. This business failed to uphold their own requirements and the contract at should not be valid based on their actions as evidenced by their own terms. Thank you, ****** *******
