      I called Door Tech to address problems with my garage door sticking and not wanting to close. I made an appointment for two days later, with no specific time. They attempted to call the morning of the appointment, but I did not answer the phone. They did not leave a voicemail. If they had, I would have called back to confirm when I got free a couple of minutes later. About 15-20 minutes later, they showed up at the door. The two technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They identified multiple possible issues, lubricated everything, made adjustments to the track and chain and repaired a support bracket that was coming loose. They answered a couple of questions I had about door installation and educated me about door lubrication. The door is now working very well and I was charged a nominal amount for the service call. Based on my experience with them, I would strongly recommend this business for door installation and maintenance.

      I need to correct a statement in my original review. The technician DID leave a voicemail. For whatever reason, the phone company just didn't get around to delivering it to me until about 10:00 that night! Technology is wonderful - when it works!
