The customer service department is terrible. No follow up no call back. When you call to check on your vehicle they are rude. Then when you speak to the manager of the service department he tells you he spoke with them about having a bad day and they need to do what they say and return calls. When the car was returned in had a scratch on the vehicle and they said they would fix it. The job was to take 1 day and they had the car for 1 week and didn’t complete the work. I had to call to find out what was going on then was told it would be next Wednesday before they could fix the scratch they put on the car. This would have been 10 days for something that was told it would be a couple of days. They just don’t care about their customers. They just tell you what you want to hear. They were to follow up on a Monday and still waiting on a call. Again this is the worst service department m. The ladies that schedule and are to follow up on appointment only care about taking care of male customers.

2022 ***** ******* Bought at Richard Kay 1Had a recall on seat warmer that was never ordered by the company I had to do it myself. 2Back gate didn't work right and a man in a parking lot told me the back left side lit was not right had to take it to get fixed along with the paint that was rubbed off. The people at Richard Kay told me the day and time to bring it in However they didn't tell the repair shop.yes ***** and their is such a thing as exploding mirrors.Sounded like a gun shot and my car shook going less than 25mph and less than 1/4 mile from home. Not only did my mirror shatter the glass came out but held on by wires. Put it back in, found the back side 20 feet away and above the front of my car. The glass blew and put a large deep scrap on my back door as well as a big dent. Now I know it's not Richard Kay fault but I got a Lemon but it is their fault for not checking the car over before sale or they would have fixed the tail gate lift and taken care of the recall they knew about. And the manufacture should have warning light that comes on before an explosion. They have tire pressure, check the rear seat, oil, and other warnings but not for possible explosion. That back flying off could have hurt someone in that yard had they been outside not to mention any flying shar glass as the one that went down my door. That would have killed someone I'm sure anyone who deals in car sales knows about the mirrors exploding. Many different types of cars have had it happen, that's how we found out what happened.Withwhatwe were told when looking for a new car was wrong think someone could do something and take the lemon and give us lemonade. people read up on exploding mirrors things explode on cars.No I don't think we should half to pay for the explosion, I think someone should pay me for the terror I went through and the worries of the other mirror exploding and maybe end up killing someone on the street.
