    This company came to my home for bed bug exterminator. The bugs returned and the contract states that they would come back if bugs returned. They came back and they bugs returned *** Palmetto Pest ******* ignored my calls, texts and emails. Then on Dec 14 they scheduled an appointment and didn't show but canceled. They called and set up another appointment for Dec 19 before noon. They did not show or call to cancel. We had to get a hotel room and stay out of work. This is very frustrating because the treatment was inadequate and the company is very unprofessional.

    I had hired this company to take care of fleas in my apartment, and signed a 90-day warranty that said they were to treat my problem. I had to have them come out several times to have my issue taken care of, and after the first few times I was met with terrible customer service. There was little to no communication with me when a technician was late, which resulted in me having to call the business to follow up. Not only that, recently I was hung up on when calling about having a tech come out to continue to treat my problem, and the manager of the establishment told me that my problem was not fleas, but possible bed bugs. If I actually had bed bugs, I never had any opportunity to invite bed bugs into my home nor come into contact with anyone that could've had them, except from the technicians that came by to do the job. Even after I sent pictures of my bites on my legs after being asked if I had flea bites, I was still met with gaslighting about my issue, and received poor customer service from the manager. I have requested a full refund from him, and have yet to hear anything. I have texts that show that I reached out to the manager about the issues I was having, both with the service and customer service, to further prove my complaint.
