      We called F.Choice 4x w/ questions-told owner would call us. Never did. Texts unanswered-except one saying theyd refund $73.72-they never did. Messages unreturned Feel unprofessionally GHOSTED Marketing says What sets FirstChoice apart? Commitment to delivering unparalleled ****************** satisfaction!If you have any questions give us a call HVAC ran fine 5+ yrs 2/22 F.Choice owner inspects system- all OK &sign serv. contract 3/22 Tech did 28-pt insp- passed. Mentioned hed replace flexduct w/ rigid if it was him but wasnt mandatory. Gave quote 9/23 Air sensors alert-refrigerant leak + AC fail. Tech said refrigerant gone. Cost $1,600 to refill. Said hed return in 2 wks for leak test. Worried new refrig would leak by then we pleaded to come back sooner. He insisted we wait Sensors showed refrig gone in days. Tech confirm 9/12/23 Tech replace coil, properly charged refrig @$3,989 9/17/23 Did 28-pt insp, check duct, refrig level &airflow. All OK Oct-Dec/23 Unit made loud noises &vibration immediately after. We assumed F.Choice made more powerful1/8/24 HVAC down Tech said dirty airfilter cause-They changed it 3/mo ago Removed 1.5 lbs refrigerant Said flex duct caused hi static pressure &they lowered fan to lowest setting. Peculiar b/c previous HVAC company already lowered fan to lowest setting when installed new system &ducts in 2018for max **************** F.Choice bill $281- said static pressure still high. Quote $1,300 to replace duct *************** tests later &said static press.+duct OK Did F.Choice increase fan speed in Sept. during coil install? Tech said then he adjusted for more air Why tech who charged system 3/mo ago not report static press. issue?How can u lower fan speed that shouldve already been on lowest setting?Why loud noises following their coil install & refrig charge?Did they improperly overcharge?Refund desired $160 1.5 lbs refrig $225 Serv. Agrmnt fee as were not given member rights to ask any questions
