We contracted Atlantic Marine Construction Co, Inc to build our pier and boat lift in Feb 2019 - the work was completed in August 2019. This was our vacation property and first pier we had built so we didn't realize that the boat lift platform and the rubber rail on the floater were missing. We contacted ***** as soon as we realized they were missing and he said he would check it out. We gave him the benefit of the doubt since it was early 2020 and COVID 19 was shutting places down - then the supply issue. Now ***** doesn't return calls or texts. We did get feedback from our neighbors (we recommended them) that he was aware of the missing items, but just didn't have the manpower. We have even told him to drop the items off and we will install them. We just want what we paid for.

You want a warranty, but the problem isn't a service complaint, everything works on the pier.  The problem is that there are missing items - a boat ramp and  bumpers for the floater.  That was priced out and what we paid for, I did attach the invoice.
