    On July 26th, 2024 I went to this business to get a note for my school concerning my health. All I needed was a doctors note and they said they could provide one. I was then taken back and the doctor tried to “diagnose” me by pulling on my fingers. I told them all I needed was a doctors note and was not there to be diagnosed. I was upset they charged me so much just for a note but I still paid $250. I never received the doctors note. I waited and texted them to ask about it, and they ignored me. A month passed and I emailed them asking to reimburse me for services not rendered. They were resistant but eventually they agreed to send me the $250 and they would ship a check that following Monday. They never sent me the tracking details that following Monday so I emailed them again asking about the tracking number. ******* then lied about how much they owe me and why “there was good reason for him not sending the check”. ******* then decided to only send me $162.00 instead of the $250 that I had paid for the last appointment where I did not receive the services I paid for. He then stated he sent the check and gave me the tracking information. He sent the check to the wrong address. I immediately emailed him and is he has not responded to my emails. I have attached documents showing that they know they owed me money, and a screen shot from the amount I paid the day of service. I used my credit of $98.10 and then paid $158.17 to cover the $250 they charged me on July 26th. You can see that they also admitted to owing me $65.90, so in total they actually owe me $322.70. I also attached the tracking with the wrong address listed.

    I ordered supplements from this company for the price of $460.19 with shipping. It has been four months and i never received them. I have contacted the business multiple times to get a replacement or a refund but they refuse

    Dear Better Business Bureau,
    I am writing to address a recent complaint submitted to your office by *** *******, a customer of ours who is currently residing in ******.

    Before proceeding with a second order for *** *******, we took diligent steps to ensure an understanding was reached among all parties involved - *** *******, myself, and our attending physician. As part of this agreement, it was explicitly stated that, in the event of the shipment being intercepted by Customs, we would be unable to provide a refund or any further supplement shipments to *** ******* while he remains in ******. We believe this understanding was crucial to maintain transparency and set clear expectations given the uncertainties of international shipping.

    When the first shipment was unfortunately seized, we offered *** ******* a full refund, which he declined. This gesture reflects our commitment to our customers' satisfaction and the integrity of our operations.
    Our business prides itself on honesty and transparency with all customers, regarding any transactions, refunds, exchanges. We make a point to ensure our privacy policy is clearly accessible and visible on our public platforms, including our Facebook page.

    It has been brought to my attention that *** ******* has expressed dissatisfaction through inappropriate means, including the use of coarse language and public threats towards our business. These actions have been disruptive and distressing to our team, despite our concerted efforts to meet his needs.

    *** *******'s allegations are without merit, and we have multiple eyewitness accounts willing to provide statements to substantiate our claim. These individuals have been privy to the discussions held with *** ******* and can verify our attempts at reasonable resolution.

    We deeply regret that these allegations have been made and that inappropriate language has been used. Despite the challenges faced, we have endeavored to provide satisfactory service. However, *** *******'s demands go beyond what most businesses can reasonably accommodate, particularly without assurances that the supplements will successfully reach him. We cannot continue to incur significant expenses when the potential for successful delivery was clearly communicated as uncertain from the outset.

    We are sorry to have taken your time with this matter, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your attention to this issue and await your guidance.
