    Byron and his crew did our lawn for about a year and we were charged $80 per time. During that time we paid all bills that were sent. When we canceled his service, he kept sending us a bill for $320.00 for unpaid lawn fees, we attempted to dispute it but he maintained we owed that money. We asked for a list of dates he came and did our lawn, and a list of checks he received from us. After further research we noticed he was missing two of the checks on his accounts that we sent him and was cashed by him. We sent him copies of all checks he received and cashed and realized he in fact owes us $80.00. We have attempted to contact him multiple times to get the refund he owes us but have not heard back from him. We would just like to get the money we overpaid him back. We had to cancel his service because his crew, during the time we used his services had cut our irrigation line (which Byron fixed promptly) ran over a tree we had growing in our backyard with their riding mower, constantly left tire marks on our pool deck, constantly blew grass clippings into our pool, ran over a rug repeatedly so that it ripped with their riding mower.
