    Bought a 2014 Ram pickup truck from them in march of 2023. Immediately had issues with the truck the next day. I was assured when buying the truck that they had a 6 month 6000 mile warranty and would fix any issues. Took the vehicle back numerous times for the engine knocking and after getting told to come back later or call back another time the owner told me he was “done messing with that truck and to find someone else to honor his warranty” Well the warranty was only through his dealership so there were no other places to honor it. Took it to a mechanic and was told that I had a lifter knocking I’m the truck and that it needed to be repaired soon. Contacted the dealership again and told them about the issues and to make it right and again they refused. Now not even 6 months after buying the vehicle from them the lifter caused a failure with the Cam shaft which has ruined the entire engine. So the truck is in operable needing 8500 in repairs. Again I called the dealership, asking them to make this right, the owner wouldn’t speak with me about it and has refused to return my calls.

    When Mr ******* purchased his truck he did get our 6mth 6000 mile power / train warranty.  He stated in his complaint that we said warranty would fix anything which is not correct. It is a engine - transmission warranty only. We did explain the warranty as we do to all customers and he got a copy of that warranty. It only covers major failures and pays up to $2000 one time. He was not having motor issues at this time.

    Mr. ******* did reach out to us immediately saying that he was having trouble with his head lights and we had had him bring the truck in the next day and we checked the head lights and adjusted them because they were a little low. He contacted us again and was still not happy. We explained that the headlights were fully operational. We suggested that he take it to  another shop to look at them. He continued to call and started getting very ugly with my sales staff and was cursing and threatening us. I do not respond to threats so i did tell him not to contact us any more.

    I was looking into purchasing a vehicle with this company. The vehicle that I wanted required a $2000 down payment that I didn't have at the time. I looked into another vehicle with them that was cheaper and required the same amount for a down payment. I was advised to look into a co-signer or financing with my bank for a less down payment. While waiting for approval or denial with my bank I was told only a deposit would hold the vehicle and it started at $500 which I provided, but was never told it was non refundable. I received approval from my bank but they advised me the vehicle I put the deposit on wasn't valued at the same amount it was being sold for so I would still have to pay a $2000 down payment. I looked into other options with another dealer and was able to get a newer vehicle with less miles with no down payment required. I have now been told after several calls to them that I can't get the deposit back because they didn't know I was looking at other vehicles with other dealerships. I didn't finance a vehicle with them.
