    I signed up for this service and then I immediately changed my mind within 24 hours. I was within the refund period and still have not received my refund. This has been ongoing for over three months. They were initially responding to my emails, now they are not. This company is a scam

    I've been misinformed from the beginning, spent $9k, the man who gave me the misinformation (who was super pushy/rude, etc.) has since been fired (Julian T*****). He mentioned that I could do this business anywhere as long as I structure myself as a Corporate Leasing Company. This was indeed false. The company has since ghosted me for nearly two months and are only saying they are going to reimburse me $6K (not my full amount) but can't give me a timeline (could be 180+ days!). Marc R***** or Brandon M***** will NOT work with me (or have any grace) and don't allow me to talk to anyone else in the company. Nancy (CFO) hasn't once returned my emails or calls as well as any other higher ranking official. It's been over two months since I was supposed to receive a refund with no insight on to an actual date. I paid CASH and am not on a loan with BNB formula and they don't even have the decency to refund me in a timely manner let alone pay me for my full refund. Again, they misinformed me and sold me on a product that was not true and they fired the individual who gave me those promises.

    I am rejecting this response because: Not only did I pay cash for this (not a loan through BNB), but I also was 100% misinformed and sold on this business purely because Julian T. told me I could do this business anywhere including areas where Short Term Rentals we’re not allowed, by making my business a Corporate Leasing Company. This was in fact false and because of this Julian was fired. I can absolutely use an attorney to help since I was given misinformation which is against the law.  Furthermore, BNB was only offering me a partial refund of $6k and it’s been well over two months. The refund contract stated also that if I do purchase the program by taking out a loan with BNB that it could take up to 180 days however, I paid cash on the spot to eliminate any other fees with the cost of the program. I’m demanding not only a full refund, but to be refunded asap. This is absolutely ridiculous! The communication and lack of empathy and professionalism absolutely blows my mind. Furthermore, I see so many other people going through the exact same issues and BNB has also been flagged by the BBB which further worries about not only getting my full refund, but getting it in a timely manner. I beg you to take care of this immediately (again it’s going on three months!!!!). Thank you.

    Transaction was made on 5/22/24. Was told that i could try the product out and get a refund immediately if I didn't like it. I requested a refund well within the refund window and haven't received it more than 4 months later. I have been completely ghosted by everyone I've talked to except one person. I have been continually led on and ignored by multiple people. The product was 10,000 and I have paid 7063.68 so far. I have two remaining payments. Please help me get refund and flag this business ASAP. They are fraudulent and unethical.

    October 25 2023 is when I purchase BNB formula coaching something didn’t sit right with me so in November 8th 2023 i asked for a refund they told me they didn’t do refunds so in December still no help so I contact bnbformula support I got proof too they told me no refunds but her is the director Brandon schedule with him he can help you so I schedule appoint with Brandon he kept calling the wrong number on purpose even through when I scheduled the appointment with my cell number he completely ignore the memo so now January come around I finally talk to Brandon he giving me the run around up until may I paid these people 5000 no payment plan none of that flat out 5000 just for them to do literally NOTHING THAT THEY PROMISED OR GUARANTEED NOW ALL THEY WAY UP INTO MAY SO JAN FEB MARCH APRIL MAY 5months this man gave me the run around until may 22nd he told me to contact Marc which I did then he telling me refunds take up to 180 days but contract says 60 days which will be July 22nd of this yeah in I’m expecting my full refund my full 5000 back Marc is now trying to give me run around in Nancy is refusing to respond to any of my emails so now I’m here they want to play these games Nancy already got my bank Info she already respond with the confirmation may 24th I believe or the same days but when I email many of them they don’t respond so if I don’t receive my money within the next weeks I will be contacting a attorney for breach of contract emotional distress false advertisement plus all my loss I sustain with all they lies promises in guarantees they never follow through with I have all the proof in receipt in both phone plus emails of every conversation I had with everyone in so do my wife no conversation was ever delete I tried to be responsible but now y’all playing with me like I’m stupid give me refund now ain’t no way you giving people they refund in 5 to 10days in you trying to make me wait 60 to 180 you will be hearing from my lawyers real soon

    BNB Solutions took advantage of my step mom who is 74 and retired- and is under the care of a doctor for health issues including cognitive memory issues. Somehow she was conned into a get rich scheme thinking she was just getting a free book to learn about the Air BNB business- before we knew anything had happened she’d taken out a ‘loan’ to pay for a coaching product she never received nor wanted- We have called and filed police e reports and are awaiting their response to close her account and issue a refund back to the credit company (******). Please be aware of these predatory systems—-

    I bought this course and they promised it would help me scale my business however it did not also they said if you don't like it within a few months it's completely free . well I didn't like it I tried to opt out to get my money back and I received nothing. not only that.when I told them I was going to file a complaint they only offered another free training . This business is a scam they change my login every month so I can barely access the course.

    Thanks for your response with additional clarity about what you are looking for. The coaching sales agreement is a non-cancellation agreement. When clients express dissatisfaction, the company interviews them to discuss with them their experience and gain their feedback. No negotiations take place as there is a standard process and procedure in order to improve the program.     An ad came across my instagram about how I can make money with little to no money out of pocket, I applied and agreed. They said “little to no money out of pocket” but right at the start to even learn it was 10,000 dollars. It felt fishy but they said I can make monthly payments so I agreed and continued. They made promises on how they would GIVE you a property if you couldn’t get one within the 90 days of coaching…let’s just say that was not true. They also promised it is a step by step process where people and their coaches would help and walk you through the process of getting your properties. Also not true. Only reason I signed up and went through with it was because of the promised guarantee that eliminated the risk of me taking a loss of funds. As I watched videos and learned, people and coaches would stop answering or telling me the same info that was already in the video that I didn’t find helpful which was the sole purpose of me asking a coach. Property owners weren’t willing to partner up because of risk AND BNB formula said no out of pocket, while furnishing a property for renting out can cost up to 15 grand. I called multiple property owners about wanting to rent out their property to airbnb and I was delivered with a hard no. After that I reached out to my success manager and guess what…no response. I’m very dissatisfied with how they go about “teaching” or “helping” you through the process once u purchase their training. I would like to state that this is false advertisement to the people like me trying to find other ways of making money, I’m young and I work hard to keep up with todays society and economy, so investing time and money into false promises seems so distasteful. As a business they should feel some type of way for going about their work this way. Everything they guaranteed me isn’t happening so I would like to be relieved of the rest of my payments towards the program and removed immediately.

    One month ago on 2/27, my sister and I requested a refund from this business. The refund is a deposit of $1000. In the contract, it states that a client has 72 hours after signing the contract to request a refund and we requested it in 24 hours. It has been a month and we don’t have it yet after they said it would take up to 10 business days. They are committing fraud as they have removed us from the platform, have not returned our money, and we still have to make a payment to the loan issuer, Affirm. They told us that they filed the refund a few days after we requested it, however, Affirm has no records of them ever submitting a refund request. They are lying to us and we will most likely have to seek an attorney to get $1000 back.

    The company has failed to meet its guarantee by providing a listing that generates the revenue stated in the contract. We completed all the necessary training, opened a bank account, created an AirBnb account, and actively worked on growing our business. In short, we held up our end of the agreement. I reached out to them directly on advice to grow the business and a call with the Director of Business Development was scheduled. He tried to cancel the call at the last minute and push it off, but I made time to have a call on the scheduled day. He told us he agreed we had followed all the steps and would arrange a call to have a listing provided to us. I have not heard from anyone since. I spoke to him again this week and he said I would be contacted about a listing and I have yet to hear from anyone. It is my business' intent to grow this business, and want nothing more than my money back for the investment since they have not lived up to the guarantee. My plan is to use that money and grow the business on my own. I am happy to discuss in detail on a call.

    I want ALL my money back, that access you said I had was not useful and no one could answer me.  

    cancel that loan I’m at not obligated to something that was a scam from the beginning and the terrible business practice  I I don’t want nothing to do with you all.

    Hello you reached out to cancel your account with us and that cancellation was processed as a part of a settlement that rendered the original sales agreement null and void, which the original document was a no cancellation agreement. A portion will be returned on this basis after close review. No further processing above and beyond that will occur. Delays are frustrating but delays will not change the amount agreed upon to be processed during your request for cancellation, as that was provided as an exception to the original agreement.

    During request for cancellation we do discontinue all services, as the account was cancelled, while providing the stand alone product that was digitally fulfilled, plus optional bonuses. The bonuses again are optional, and if not desired to be used, clients are under no obligation to use them, but that is up to you.

    While that optional route you mentioned to return clients their investment does in fact return clients their investment and then some over a period of time, which is well documented in depth with many, many satisfied clients with a reputable, credible entity with high standards earning upwards of $450 million per year and paying out millions in commissions over a ten year period, if declined, that is your prerogative and we respect that.

    All clients upon signing up with us received the same access to the same content and materials and group coaching deliverables, and the success of our clients again is also well documented, amassing hundreds and hundreds of highly successful students on display on our website, again all receiving the same exact materials, content and fulfillment structure.

    All business entails risk, no one signs up to fail, but obviously not all clients succeed. Therefore we provide options to return clients their investment in parting ways with them, despite whether they continue in our business model or not. To our knowledge, there are no other business opportunity coaching models out there that do so, but yes we are a coaching entity and our coaches earn exceptional incomes.

    That is one of the pros and cons of doing business with us: our coaches have real six and seven figure boots on the ground experience, not hypothetical. But because of that, their time is very valuable and their time cannot be restocked like a product on a shelf.

    We understand you are dissatisfied and we have allocated funds for reverse processing. Again it will not be the full amount as previously described in detail, and described again here in summary. In addition, as mentioned, we have provided a path to a ROI that is well attainable for a mere handful of hours of time investment per year, but is not for everyone.

    If you do not think it is worthwhile or it is not within your risk tolerance, that is okay. If you change your mind about it, as one of our previous clients, we will be happy to get you started down the pathway to recouping your investment. But again if not, that is okay too and we wish you the best.

    Only the amount agreed will be returned, again due to the success and expense of being a live group coaching business entity that holds live calls twice a day, five days a week, for all members to attend to learn the nuance and inside details of our business from real six and seven figure earners, with class in session give or take 50 weeks out of the year. Thank you for taking a chance on us in business of which there always many outcomes, and we apologize that you did not achieve the results you were looking for.
