      On 9/27/2023 around 6:15p.m. est i went to the Fins Car wash to get a wash and vacuum. Upon pulling up to car wash the guy working assisted me on to the belt and immediately after assisted a suv. I looked into my mirror and noticed how close the car came to mine but could not down the window to signal the worker due to the car wash in progress. Once half way through my car started rocking and became stuck the belt for the tire washer was squeezing my car together where i became stuck while in neutral. The car behind me ended up rear ending me causing us both to be stopped in order to get out i had to put the car in drive. Once driving i noticed my wheels and car driving different as if something was wrong. We both parked our car as we called the police to get the incident reported. I went back inside where the worker was extremely nonchalant to the situation stating "if we wanted camera footage only his supervisor could provide that". He never acknowledged the fact that something was wrong or that he sent us both in together. I filed the report but once driving home i had to leave my car because i did not feel safe driving it with all the issues that seem to occur. I got home and my back, leg and arm was aching where i went to Brighton Park Emergency Room where i was prescribed muscle relaxers. My car is what i use to instacart and because the incident report wont be available until the next 3 days i will not have a car to drive. The way we was treated towards this incident was disgusting. I am a frequent user of this car wash and wont be returning. I am hoping something gets done.

      After a year having a membership I had a manager go off on me for using too much Windex because two bottles he considered too much. He lied to the other manager about what happened and then asked me to leave. I am highly disappointed I would like my membership to be canceled so I can go somewhere else.

      On October 1st the customer visited our car wash that she had a membership to, and after her wash, she stopped to use the amenities that we offer. She states that during this time she was harassed and called names and charged when she didn't want to continue the service.

      We provide free amenities like towels, glass cleaner and vacuums for all guests to use after their wash. This customer took three glass cleaner bottles back to her car and she was asked to only use one at a time so other customers could have access to them as well. This caused the customer to get upset and want to cancel her plan. She was billed that morning prior to her visit as her plan automatically renewed the 1st of every month. She called other locations the next day, but they were not aware of what had taken place and were only able to stop future payments. She wrote to corporate, and a refund was processed on Monday October 3rd when the message was received. She was provided a copy of the refund receipt and informed that it could take 3-5 business days to see the funds back in her account.

      This isn't isolated to this customer, we expect all customers to only use one bottle of glass cleaner so that there's enough for everyone. If any issues arise, we are more than happy to assist you, but other locations can't always help so please speak to the general manager or write into our customer service department on our website.
