    2/14/2024 I brought my Land Rover to EuroPro for repairs and maintenance and was presented with a repair bill of $5,700. I decided to move forward with their recommended services and after two weeks of them having my vehicle, I found that the services that they claimed to have provided were not accurate and I was experiencing the same issues with my car that I was having before. I attempted to work out a solution with their management, but they were unresponsive. I decided to place a stop payment on my check and was subsequently threatened and harassed by Cal B****, the owner of the company. Instead of offering to work out a solution, he offered to physically harm me (after suing me for the $5,700). I decided to pay the bill to avoid a lawsuit and physical harm, but my vehicle is still not in working condition.

    We have done everything we could to please this person. His 2 complaints seem to be for things we did not address. He declined a new battery and he declined the replacement of the right front wheel bearing.  I can’t fix what a customer declines!  He hasn’t complained about any of the work that was actually done.
