      I placed an order on 1/17/25 for a Valentine arrangement to be delivered on 2/14/25 for my wife and the order never came. I paid for this in full on 1/17/25 with that being said if their was any issues they had plenty of time to contact me. I called this location and all of the other locations all day with no store answering any calls. On 2/15/25 I called again about noon an a mgr name Melissa answered I explained what happen, but did not care. DO NOT SHOP AT ANY EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS............
