    There is not a method to view, review or pay online. No plans for that in the future! They delayed processing the last check I made on two life insurance policies. I spoke to several people who assured me during their transition that a bill was in the mail. It is now a month later and I still cannot see the charges and how payments were processed. I was told the bill was mailed on 4 Dec. It is now 15 Dec. Still with businesses that are in this century and responsive to their customers.

    This is just for those considering a policy with Atlantic Coast. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and strongly suggest doing your homework before spending your $$$.!!! My wife finally purchased two (2) cremation burial packages we had discussed for several months in July 2021. Unfortunately and ironically, she passed away shortly there after from a heart attack. She was in her early 60's so this was not expected. Atlantic Coast refused to fulfil the cremation agreement. In that it was not a tremendous amount of money and not a time that I wished to have the argument I paid for the services out of pocket. Needless to say I cancelled my policy. I had pretty much forgotten about the whole thing until I received a refund of my wife's policy payments 20 MONTHS after my wife's death. TWENTY MONTHS! Must be comforting for the people that work for Atlantic Coast that they are so efficient at working with people during the worst times of their lives. Even more amazing how low people will go to make money.
