    I am a market vendor that applied for a market scheduled on 8/31 in North Carolina. I paid $150 on 7/18 for this market. On 8/26 i received an email stating that the event was to be cancelled. I asked for a refund instead of a credit for another market. I applied for a refund through PayPal on 8/31, and the company stated that they would refund the money to me. They did not refund the money to me and the dispute is now "closed". I have reached out to the company numerous times and have only received an "automatic" response saying they would respond in 2 days. They have never responded to my emails.

    I was promised the offer below and am now being told something else: Vendors, We have come across so many small businesses with beautiful products but no online store or website for customers to learn more about them or make a purchase. We decided to do something about it! We will design you a complete custom 5-page website including an online store with unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied delivered to you in 7 business days. All we need from you are photos and text for the site. The site will include a home page, about us page, online store, and contact us page. Typically, a website would normally cost between $500-$1000 however we wanted to make them more affordable and are creating them for $200. Seeing as you have rented with us before, we are willing to take $100 off the package price if you sign up by 11:59 pm on 12/20/23. So the cost to you will be just $100 for your complete website and online store! If you want small changes we can make them, but unfortunately , if you want a ton of changes you will need to pay for those services. Also, absolutely no need for a threat as normally a website would cost you thousands to build.     They have now taken my website down completely and have NOT even given me a refund.  This is not acceptable.

    I do not understand why they cannot finish this job or just have given me access to what was already done?
