    If I could rate this business zero stars, I would, however one star is the lowest possible rating. Cloud On Tap signed a contract to make improvements to our SalesForce application and demanded full payment in advanced ($5,000). After many many meetings with them they delivered us with absolutely nothing, claiming they spent 20 hours just researching the project. This is not what they promised to deliver in their proposal. In the end they just said sorry, we can't help and refused to refund our money. After this experience, I found an independent contractor who did the work for $2,000, no problem. CloudOn Tap promotes themselves as an expert SalesForce developer, that wasn't our experience. If you spend $500,000 with them you may get their attention, their A team; anything less they will rob you. They are outright thieves.
