      I have spent one month without the use of my freezer! Home warranty says part ( seal system) is under warranty Samsung says no. I wanted it fixed so paid BENE Technology $120 after paying $65 for initial service call. Was told I had to pay up front for parts and labor when I asked approximately how much Geraldine said she would call by 12 noon and let me know I have not yet heard from her! I just went out and bought a new refrigerator. NOT a Samsung. Very poor customer service.

      Terrible customer service. Our 2 year old Samsung fridge went out due to a bad compressor. Scheduled through Samsung. They were to come out March 21st between 3pm-7pm, I had to take a half day at work to be there for the tech. They called my husband around 5pm and said they wouldn't be out until after 7pm. They did not show up until 8pm, and left at 10pm. I wasted PTO, and my husband had worked 10 hours and come home to wait for the tech to leave. They also charged us for labor which was covered under he 5 year warranty of this part, and I was told to call Samsung who then told me to call Bene and have them call Samsung because I shouldn't have to pay this. I called Bene twice Friday morning and the call went to voicemail and shocking, the mailbox was full. Was then told to text two numbers, which I did and have yet to receive a reply. They finally contacted my husband on Tuesday (3 business days later, I am sure because they wanted their money) and told him they spoke with their Samsung rep who said we had to pay and we needed to take it up with Samsung. I paid them and WILL NEVER use them again. Samsung is now telling us we can't get reimbursed, so while I am at it DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. You will be stuck with Bene as the only place that can repair Samsung products.

      Dennis Very professional warranty repair job. Daniel Choi did a great job, quick and efficient. He replaced the ice maker on our Samsung frig and defrosted the back filter. He explained everything he did and asked if we had any questions. He was right on time and called prior to arrival to confirm that he was on his way

      didn’t even rate service! The technician was so unfriendly and rude! After he inspected the dishwasher(Samsung, another story) , he told us he has to talk to Samsung for warranty, after that he disappeared without placing the appliance in it correct spot nor did he secure it with the intended screws. This was Friday, today Monday I called the office to complain about this technician, I believe his name is Ty, The lady on phone connected me to him and he literally screamed at me how I could claim he left without his job being done. Told him , in between his rants, that it wasn’t. I don’t have a functioning dishwasher. We were willing to pay then and there, he choose to leave with HAVE TO TALK TO SAMSUNG ABOUT WARRANTY Hubby and me waited for half an hour for him to come back inside but his car was gone. Now, i was told, by him, it doesn’t MATTER IF APPLIANCE IS SECURED OR NOT HAS TO BE REPAIRED OR TRASHED. ADISHWASHER BOUGHT ON 5.6.23 FIR $1100, this is what BENE calls customer service! But the story doesn’t end here. I caved, cause I’d like to have my dishwasher fixed, so I asked for an appointment. TheyWILL CHARGE ME A $150 ASSESSMENT FEE , even though they know what is broken. By now I’m sick to my stomach. I have an expensive, unsecured appliance in my kitchen which quit working in November, after only 6 months! Don’t buy SAMSUNG but even more DONT USE THIS COMPANY it will only give you health problems from sick stomach to heart palpitations

      My washer went out on November 20. I contacted Samsung and they have a contract with UNI home services. I had an appointment for 11/27 8 am to 12 pm. I am still waiting on them with no communication from the company. I called them and just got a generic this customer is not available voice mail. I'm not even sure if the number I had was correct. After some digging I figured out that this was the name of the company and have a history of no call, no shows. I am fighting with Samsung to get someone else to look at my washer. From my research it is an error code related to a sensor or a bug in the software and for it to take this long with no communication is unacceptable. I am never buying Samsung again.

      Your technician was suppose to be here between 8am-12 pm August 15th. None ever contacted me nor did they show up between the time window. It is 1:36 pm when I am mentioning at bbb.org website. I and Samsung agents tried calling # 803 dash 814 dash 1451 which is unreachable! What kind of business is this where phone # is unreachable? Even if they were to delay or reschedule, they should have had courtesy to call me and update me. I stayed home thinking they were coming over and still won't be able to go out as I am told to wait until 5pm..! This is how they and Samsung does business?? I have reached out Samsung CEO's Office to let them know what kind of businesses they work with!

      Samsung's customer service call center walked me thru a few repair things and heard the awful sound the dryer was making and immediately put in for a service request. The company provided excellent and professional service. The representative was polite and courteous when repairing my dryer. Explained the repair required and the action taken. It was a pleasure doing business.
