    Promised discount vacations. Never received info on vacations requested. Signed up with American cruise for august vacation great vacation said they would take over and save us a could thousands dollars. This all happened first week of January. We are still waiting. Other trip info request never answer. Still waiting !!

    I have attached the proof of contact for the cruise quote. Reservations did a great job of sending the quote within 17 minutes of receiving it from the cruise line. (see attached) I am not quite sure why the ****'s did not see it in their email because reservations has since communicated with them at same email address. When they called back 2 weeks later, we again responded immediately and actually found the cruise had reduced by $200 dollars. We have provided this proof of savings, as we estimated of $2000 on this particular cruise and we were ready to book it for them. Reservations is ready to help them with all of their travel needs.

    My wife and I spent this past January and most of a good portion of February in Big Pine Keys. We had a rental home for that period of time. We worked our way back home through Florida winding up in Charleston SC. . While there we did participate in the prestation by Great Vacations. We shared with James what our cost was for the rental in Big Pine Keys and he assured us they could do better for our return trip in 2024 . He even presented to us several rental sites they had that could be available to us at a much lower price. We had explained to James that there is only a small window of time that we travel and in particular to the Key West area. Utilization of any other programs or vacations would not work for us. We went into the details with him as to why. He assured us that Great Vacations could save us money and provide us a place to stay in the area we desired for much less. After some hesitation and a great sales pitch we made the mistake of believing his company could do so. It was explained to us Great Vacations was a marketing division of Vacation Plus Travel Resort Services (VPT). This is who we actually registered with when our program was activated. We were concerned that time was important to make reservations for the following year. The home we rented would be available for us to rent again but were given a short window to do so. James assured us that when we returned home, which was the end of February, to contact them to make arrangements for the following year( 2024). We did so and have had nothing but the run around since. What they locate are either more expensive or the same price we were paying in the first place. Due to delays we lost out on the previous rental. I contacted VPT and they advised they could not be of assistance and I needed to contact Great Vacations directly. It is clear they have misrepresented their services. Calls and emails are ignored . Basically ghosted us. We want this resolved.

    James has been trying to contact you since we received your concerns to address this with you.  He has even provided screen shots to me of his attempts. For example Monday May 8th he left 4 messages between 2:37pm and 7:16pm. Previous to that he tried several times with no response. Because he was the representative It is imperative that he speaks with you. He is out the rest of this week on vacation, so can we set an appointment for Tuesday May 16th at  10:15 am or please give me a convenient time on that day. We will get this settled on that day, I will also be on the call. Thx and sorry for any inconvenience.     I am rejecting this response because:   I wasnt sure which box to check.  At this point it hasnt been resolved.  I just got off the phone with Charlene and we have a conference call set up for Tuesday 5-16 at 9:30 my time.   I hope we can resolve it at that time.   Do I need to check back with you or will you contact me again.
