            Order # HLXXXXXX was delivered on June 1. Immediately after examining the hair quality, I called and emailed *******@innovativeweaves.com for a full refund. I have NOT been instructed on how to return the product. There is no way to start a full refund for the poor quality of hair that was shipped to me. They are not responding to phone calls, email, Facebook and instagram messages. I want a full refund.

            I absolutely HATE that I am doing this. I sat with this for a while. I feel so slighted and cheated that I just want anyone that could avoid this feeling to do so. Be clear,I do not feel this company set out to scam me. I just feel they are not opened to the fact that I might not be wrong. Again, I hate that I have to do this. I just need to air my grievances because this was not a small amount of money. It is the principle.

            I will spare you the back and forth. Bottom line is I could this wig for over 500 dollars. I have never spent that on hair as I do my own, but I really believed the ******** **** and thought this was the exact hair I was going to get . I got to FINALLY show a professional that hair that I tried to tell the company that it was not the same. The pro also confirmed my upset was valid The hair they sponsored in the ******* video was NOT the same as the one I got. I work hard for my money and I am sure they do too. Normally, I would walk away but it feels wrong. I could do nothing with it. It is the principle . I dont think they cared that I felt that way. I was so afraid that would be the case and sure enough , it was my fault for not treating the hair. I did not see any reviews that would have made me second guess . Do not assume that the hair reviews on ******* are the same thing you will receive. I do not believe that this was the same. I wish future purchasers more success.
