            I contacted their offices concerning a boat cover I purchased from them. It is not the first cover I have purchased, so I know what they are supposed to look like. This cover arrived with one of the Velcro flaps sewn on backwards on only one (1) side, which allows it to come open when the wind hits it. Additionally, the color bled onto to my upholstered engine cover and has permanently stained it. The cover needs to be replaced with one correctly sewn; and the damage the cover caused to my engine cover needs to be addressed.

            Very cheap and flimsy cover. It sways just by walking around the boat. The slightest wind we have to hold it. The poor design does not count for the seats. So the removable pin ripped my seats because there is no room.

            Thank you for your feedback although we're sorry to hear the Bimini top has not met your expectations. It appears the selected top was chosen by entering the dimensions of the top you prefer rather than a top suggested for your year, make and model application from the manufacturer. If you have a quick-release pin, the instructions mention having to drill out the deck hinge to accept the pin, but would then fit without issue. Feel free to reach out and share images of the top assembled and installed so we may assist you further and ensure the top is performing as expected. We're glad to help you.
