    Do not move here. Grills don't work, fire pits don't work, No AC in gym since I've been here in April, car care center broken, security doors broken, no video intercom, media room closes and 5pm and is closed on weekends, garbage all over, dogs poop outside and no one picks it up, hallway dirty, dog urine in stairwell and the Odor is horrible, dog barks below me non stop at all hours, you can report to management all you want. NOTHING IS DONE. But fees go up every month. Sewer 49.73, trash 46.34, water 20.56, service fee $5, pest control $5 Filthy dirty worst place I ever lived

    From the time I walk in the door Megan energy was horrible she give management a bad look. She ask me for paystubs I explain to her I'm a disabled veteran and I will provide my award letter etc. They ran my application everything came back good , but the first red flag she said I was roughly $500 off from meeting three time the rent. So I provided additional income my Post911 for school that gave me more than enough income. So Megan stated that my paperwork doesn't look legit that came from the government so I put her on the phone with the VA and she had the audacity to say how do she know that's the VA. I gave Megan all the information that the VA provided me and she still managed to find issues with it. I done serve my country and travel all over the world to come to Columbia SC to be treated as if I'm less than not on my watch. Megan display racist traits towards me as if I don't deserve to live somewhere nice....This was discrimination at it's finest. I ask Megan several time to provide me in writing that my Military document doesn't look legitimate she said NO..... Megan need to resign from her position or the company needs to terminated her. This is 2022 and I know corporate don't want someone like that representing there brand in that disgraceful manner... I requesting that matter get look into and I get a full refund for the inconvenience....
