In 2/2023, I received mortgage statement from your outsourcing company, ********, stating monthly payment was going up by $180 a month. I researched myself and found a huge error with escrow amount. Called ********, they state my 5 acres lot, real estate taxes, are going up from $9.81 to $1441.56 for 2023. They requested me to provide proof they were incorrect. I called Roanoke Co, the paperwork ******** requested does not exist, as 2023 taxes are not even voted on until 4/10/23! Where did ******** even get this number?? On 3/16/23, I uploaded 2022 tax bills and 2023 GENERAL REASSESSMENT from Roanoke Co. Called them on 04/23/23 to get an update. They had no idea the paperwork had even been uploaded! Representative told me I should hear back 7-10 business days. I had him note my acct I refused to make April payment until this is resolved and refused to pay late fees. He said that was fine, it should be well-resolved by April 1, and wouldn't be late until April 16. Have called numerous times since then, have demanded to speak to a manager, they refused. They have no managers, just "caseworkers". Will not allow me to speak to case manager. Last update I was able to obtain was on 04/13, they admit they made a mistake and are "recalculating" my correct payment. It is now 04/20/23, payment was due 04/16/23. I am receiving late payment calls, I addressed the first call with Escalations Team on 04/17/23, who saw the issue at hand and said they would have a caseworker call me. As of 04/20, no caseworker call, just more late payment recordings calls. I have spoken to a total of 14 different people regarding this error and wasted around 3 hours. I have gotten nowhere. Have received NO communications from them, email, call, text, mail. I am furious and have tried my best. My April payment is in my savings account, and am ready to pay it once ********'s huge error is corrected. This is bad business, and you need to know how your outsourcing company stinks. Please help!
