AutoNation Columbia SC was advertising a 2024 Palisade for $49,988 MSRP 54,265. Thats a savings of $4,277. Well the ad was an error and that car wasnt for sale. VERY DECEPTIVE AutoNation! If its too good to be true then it probably is. I wonder how many other fools fell for that also? Shame on you AutoNation Columbia

I think that their service department misleading and very dishonest. I feel like Jackson the service assistant manager is very unprofessional not trust worthy at all. Been without my since July 10th and can't get a direct resolution on getting it repaired

I've had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership. They never do the work right the first time and you always have to advocate for yourself to get the work done properly. Seems like the workers are unprofessional drones that don't really listen to what you need. I've been going back and forth with this dealership for 5 months now on a repair, and I still haven't gotten the work to be done correctly.

I have spent the last few days negotiating with Autonation Hyundia of Columbia SC on the purchase of a new 2023 Palisades,Blue.AWD,Beige interior , the colligraphy model. After negotiating with the Sales Person D’Eigh Grays the sales manager agrees to sell me the vehicle for $19000.00 and my 2020 Palisades. I proceed to drive to the dealer immediately and when I get within a half hour of being there I receive a call from the salesperson, that there is a problem. The vehicle had running boards installed at the dealer and it was a $1800.00. I told the sales person to take them off. She said her boss said he couldn’t do that?? I talked to him with no success. After reviewing the sticker the dealership sent to me for review,no where does it show running boards being installed. I feel the dealership is trying to be dishonest in this transaction. That vehicle was being negotiated for at least two days and all of a sudden $1800 running boards were in stalled and could not be removed. And no where on the sticker they text me showed running boards. The Vin #***************** sticker shows nothing.

They were steal out of your car when you go to take your car to get service and tell you that they have nothing to do with it. I’m filing a police report.

My Santa Cruz and my wife’s Tucson both have a wireless CarPlay issue. Internet forums suggest we are not alone. They just said there’s nothing they can do because it’s an apple problem. My phone is current. They did not offer an alternative or a work around. I found one myself and I now use it wired. It works now. The above was 5 months ago. They said they wanted to make it right. I spoke to the gen mngr and then the service mngr. At first it looked like something would happen. Odd though that they both had never heard of the problem. I informed them that I had changed the cpu variant so I could use the carplay wired and they took both my car and my wife's Tuscon in to look at them. After a week they told me there was nothing wrong because your cars don't come with wireless carplay. They didn't know how to look at the cars specs or how to reset the cpu variant. They even said they called Hyundai and that's what they said. I also informed them at that time of a Hyundai service bulletin for this particular problem. They did the fix (22-01-014H) but said that it still wasn't working and ordered a new radio. I took it home after a month while I waited for the radio. When I picked it up it was still in wired mode. I had given them a video that showed them how to change the cpu variant, but they apparently never looked at it. I reset it to wireless and it worked better, but not perfect. A couple of months later I called to see if the radio was in yet and scheduled both our vehicles for the repair. They swapped out the radio and it's been working in wireless mode almost perfectly. My wife then took the tuscon in a week later and they told her they don't do the technical fix anymore and they don't swap out radios. Here's your oil change, goodbye. Her car still has the wireless problem and it wouldn't connect to her phone on that very trip home. They are useless. That is my last car from autonation.
