      I dropped my galaxy s20 plus and shattered the screen. I took my phone to Mr. PC. A week later a green line appeared so I took it back since I was supposed to have a 90 day warranty. I was questioned on what I did to the phone (did I drop it repeatedly was ask during the interaction in an accusing way) there were no marks on the phone to suggest that it had been dropped. They they asked if I put it in my purse. Of course I do, that's where I keep my keys and wallet why wouldn't I keep a phone there. They told me that the phone was put under too much pressure in my bag which causes the lines on the phone. Due to user error they wouldn't fix it. Yesterday a new pink line appeared. I'd been very careful not to put pressure on it and my friend saw the line suddenly appear. I went to the Mr. PC only chat and explained the situation and asked them again to fix the problem. They told me no again but asked me to speak to someone about discounting the repair price... I don't feel I should have to pay for this again, especially since I didn't do anything wrong or anything a normal woman wouldn't do with her phone.

      I would not suggest any buy a computer from this business. We were pushed towards a Mac that was overpriced. After purchasing the computer the battery did not last while working on it. We took it back and they said it played music for five hours with no problem. We have only had the computer for approximately three weeks. Their return policy is unacceptable. No where does it say no returns but apparently that's their policy. We have the original receipt and have done nothing to the computer. We should be able to return it because they are able to resell it with no problem.

      We spoke with this customer. We are not a sales first business. We mostly do repairs but we sell devices. We don't reach out to customers or influence them in any way. Our reputation is so good that people come to us to buy laptops. We simply point them at our inventory and they buy. The customer came of their own free will and chose the laptop to purchase. It was in absolute pristine condition. The customer then kept this laptop for 3 whole weeks with no comment or complaint. Then one day they brought it back saying the laptop battery would drain from 100 percent to 50 in less than an hour. We replied that we would test it and if it needed a new battery we would cover it free of charge. We let it run playing videos off YouTube for a total of about 5 1/2 hours before it drained which is excellent. We notified that customer and they came to pick it up. The next day the customer's father came in and demanded a refund and accused us of tricking them into buying the laptop. He looked to find one employee he didn't recognize and said he was the guy who tricked him. Unbeknownst to him, that employee doesn't sell anything. We told him, no we don't allow you to rent our equipment for 3 weeks, then change your mind and bring it back. Even Best Buy has a 7 to 14 day return policy. So the customer sought to pull one over on us and when that didn't work they simply tried to lie. We have been nothing but nice and kind to this customer even offering to fix any real issue.
