    On March 11, 2022 my daughter made a phone call to this location and requested information on how to cancel her membership. She was told she would need to make a months payment to cancel the membership. Due to my daughter being a college student, I allowed her to use my card to cancel the membership. She called back again on March 11, 2022 and gave my credit card information and was told the membership was now cancelled. After recently auditing my account, I have found nine unauthorized payments taken from my account. I had my daughter call in November to see what had happened. The gentleman on the phone said he could see on her notes she had called to cancel on March 11, 2022. He apologized and said he was not a manager and could not do refunds, but would have the manager call her. Several days went by and finally she heard back from a manager named *****. ***** told my daughter she would do everything she could to find the phone call. I called back today and again spoke with *****. All of a sudden there are no records of my daughter calling on March 11, 2022. We were also told cancellations cannot be made over the phone and members have to come in and fill out paperwork in writing. This is concerning considering they took a payment over the phone on March 11, 2022 from a non-members account and NEVER asked my daughter to come in and sign any paperwork. I authorized one payment of $89 on my account. I did NOT authorize another payment of $89 and eight payments of $99. I demand a refund for the unauthorized charges of $881.00.
