      On 9/10/21 I paid $75.00 for a SC CWP Training Course. The course was scheduled for 9/16/21. I mistakenly marked my Calendar for the 9/18/21. On 9/17/21, a Friday, I called **** ***** and left a voicemail asking if I could reschedule my class because I had some personal issues and wouldn't be able to make it. He informed me of the correct date. I then requested a reschedule which he agreed to. I even agreed to a $20 reschedule fee. He told me to call on 9/20/21 to remind him to reschedule. He called me on 9/20/21 stating that he would call back on 9/21/21 to reschedule. I received a voicemail on 9/21/21 stating that he is going on vacation and to call back on 9/27/21 to reschedule. I called on 9/22/21 to leave a message asking him to just give me the next date and time instead of playing phone tag. He answers his office phone though he claimed to be on vacation, and instructs me to call back on 9/27/21. I see the classes available online and he is giving me the run-around.

We are unable to refund or change any classes scheduled through PSAdefense, or the storefronts, through our system, but we will have the customer's information sent to the proper storefront for further assistance. How do you have a business that has no responsible party? How can you have no ability to do anything but respond to the BBB saying that you can't do anything but forward information to a management team that is not addressing the issue? Nobody seems to want to do the right thing here. This is some pretty horrible customer service. No delays in taking my money but no service thereafter. We cannot process a refund for a defense class, as that is a separate website.       On 6/24/2021 I ordered a AR15 rifles kit from Palmetto State Armory, the rifle kit was received with the wrong recoil buffer and spring. I notified psa of the problem and sent pictures of wrong item as requested but after five weeks have not received the correct part. Order #XXXXXXXXXXX.       I purchased a firearm from palmetto state armory back in janruary 1, 2020. Since I have returned it twice for warranty issues. This last time I returned the product in June 2021 for a defected part. They first told me they didn't know when I would get the replacement part, then they told me I could return the firearm for a full refund ( I have email proof of the authorization to return for full refund) then the very next day they descended the offer, I have called several times and they don't know when the part will be available, or the tell me the part has started to ship out to customers, now the tell me they haven't started shipping the part, and won't start shipping till October. Their warranty is fraudulent and promise to refund full money upon return of firearm was not honored.

      I was sent the wrong product. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the company to return them. They asked for pictures of the product and I haven't heard from them since. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times with no answer. I have enclosed my order information with a picture of the product I ordered. I also enclosed a picture of the product they sent me. Which is clearly the same brand, but different style. I wish for a full refund. It's pretty sad that I have to file a complaint with the BBB.

      Ordered a shotgun from Palmetto State Armory. Order number XXXXXXXXXXX shipped on 8/21/21 according to web site. Provided UPS tracking number 1ZRYXXXXXXXXXXXXXX UPS site said item awaiting pick pick up. Checked with FFL and they have not received it. Called twice, no way to leave message. Emailed twice, no response. Tried chat room no response. Already paid for shotgun, not interested in refund just what happened with the firearm.

      Placed an order on 8-6-21 for a BLEM PSA AR-15 complete MOE shockwave pistol lower in the amount of $149.99 plus tax for a total of $162.36 Order # XXXXXXXXXXX It's been over 30 business days and my order status is still processing, I've tried contacting psa numerous times with no response. Since they obviously don't have the item that they say was in stock (or can't find the time to ship it) I am requesting a full refund. Thanks for any assistance.

      ON 8/21/21 I PLACED AN ORDER FOR AMMO FOR $135.37 order# XXXXXXXXXXX. PALMETTO CANCELED MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THEY DID NOT HAVE MY LEGAL DOCUMENTS ON FILE. AS PER THEIR INITIAL REQUEST, I SENT THEM MY LEGAL DOCUMENTS. THEN I SENT THE DOCS AGAIN TWO MORE TIMES IN SEPARATE EMAILS. SINCE THEN, I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM PALMETTO AT ALL WITH REGARDS TO MY DOCUMENTS. THEY HAVEN'T REINBURSED MY CREDIT CARD AS OF YET AND THEY'VE HAD MORE THAN ENOGH TIME TO DO SO. WHERE IS MY $135.37???????????

We have requested a credit memo be sent to the customer, to address the lack of funds with their banking institute. Yes, they REFUNDED the money to my account but they didn't notify me of the refund. Only after I filed a complaint with the BBB I heard FROM them indirectly. Their customer service truly STINKS.       I purchased a defective firearm on May 6, 2021. The firearm has been returned in its entirety, via two separate shipments. PSA promised me a full refund, verbally via phone, in writing via email and in response to a Consumer Complaint I filed with the state of South Carolina. On July 29th I was informed my refund had been requested and would process in 5 to 7 business days. I am still waiting. PSA does not respond to my inquiries. The only way I am able to elicit a response from them is to file a Consumer Complaint, which I did for the third time, on August 13th. PSA responded on August 27th, "We have sent the customer's information to the proper department, in an effort to have this refund approved as soon as possible." I'm 4 months in and I'm still empty handed.

      Placed an order XXXXXXXXXXX for ar15 upper and supposedly shipped but never arrived. FAQ says wait 15 days which I did, and have tried calling them multiple times as well as tried using their chat and no matter how many times I try I can't get through to a person or even find any way to fill out anything to request a replacement or refund. I have ordered many other items from them without any problems, but if it is this hard to reach anyone when I have a problem then I just want my money refunded and will go elsewhere in the future. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Will file dispute with my credit card company if this doesn't work, but figured maybe you can reach them before I do that. I have tried my best to reach anyone or even find an email address without success. When things go right with this company the products are fine, but when they go wrong, they are nowhere to be found. Give you a phone number with a recording saying basically they have nobody to pick up.
