    I excitedly ordered hot fudge brownie sundaes as a treat for a long day at work. I was looking forward to enjoying my sundae; but deep down inside, I had reservations. In the past, in person, or through Door dash, the workers have failed to add hot fudge to my hot fudge brownie sundae. I am writing this review because in the two years that I have ordered ice cream from Bruster's Ice Cream, they have failed to deliver a quality product. This is a consistent practice of theirs. On one occasion, I returned to the store to complain about the lack of fudge on my hot fudge brownie sundae. The manager looked at it, looked back at the workers, and immediately refunded the price of the sundae. I feel disappointed in this establishment.
