    At first Taylor was very responsive. He came out and gave me an estimate right away. Once he provided the estimate, he completely stopped communication. I called/texted for several weeks without a response. It would have been nice for him to just communicate - whether that was to say, he will no longer honor the estimate or he is over capacity at the time.

    my wife and 2 daughters had been in a horrible car accident THE DAY BEFORE i was supposed to be there. My wife and daughters were taken to the ER, my wife is still dealing with issues from the wreck a month later. She happened to be driving my work truck, which was totaled. We never got a proper rental, we got a car for 24 hours and we got screwed on everything from the party at fault insurance. We've dealt with alot from all this and somehow ahley got left behind during the chaos. She essentially and mistakenly fell through the cracks. The thing is i texted her and told her what had happened, she is aware of all of this, she was told after the accident happened and before i was supposed to be there. I have made 1000 people happy through my business with not 1 positive review, yet this one incident happens where a customer was accidentally not taken care of during a very stressful and chaotic time in my life and this one incident grants me my first negative review. Go figure. I never worked for her, so technically she never was a customer nor was any money involved. Considering she knew the situation yet still left my only negative review earning me a 1 star rating, im glad i never did work for her. I guess ashley completely forgot to mention that i did indeed inform her of the situation at the time it happened. Again, go figure.
