      They call the children and service because my house was glutternwith clothing and fish I didn’t have to wash brvuaseni have working working 7! A weeks they don’t understand my situation and do this to me and didn’t even finishing get jobs .

      I called Terminix located on 3801 Beam Road in Charlotte which services the Pineville/Ballantyne area. I received great service from Carter Smith. I called for an appointment for a free assessment. John arrived on a Friday and discovered that I had active termites in the back patio area. He assured me they had not infiltrated the inside of the home (video confirmed his findings). The following Monday, Carter came out applied a liquid treatment to immediately get rid of the termites and installed a termite baiting system around the perimeter of the structures. I am giving them 4 stars. I received immediate action to resolve the problem. To find good, even great customer service today is rare. I hope to have great experiences going forward with this company and will definitely add another star.

      They have made two appointments to come to my house and have not shown for ether one

      I would give a 0 if I could. They are running a monopoly in Charleston, and therefore believe they do not need to provide any customer service. I paid $23,000 to have my house tented. Did not return my calls while they were tenting. The hedge of bushes in the front of my house is dead; despite there being ample space to tent to exclude the hedge. My metal roof had a yellow residue. There was a film over every surface in the house, which they said would not happen. My repeated attempts to contact them went unanswered.
