If I could give NO stars I would especially to the so called manager who was as rude as they come - the guy was yelling at me because he couldnt produce a law that reads that they wont do refunds on chemicals. David the sales rep on the day of my sales was conveniently standing infront of a hand written sign that reads "no returns on chemicals" David knew I was a first timer when it came to this sort of purchase, and never mentioned that there was a "no return" policy on chemicals. On the day I showed up to get my refund - they both pointed conveniently to the hand written sign and said that they did not have to tell me anything because a sign is posted. And like I said David was standing infront of it when he was ringing me up. All I wanted to do was return the unused, unopened product and all I got was attitude. If that was Jack who snapped and yelled at me, then in a condenscending way told me to have a nice day, you seriously need better people skills, if anyone asks me about pool maintenance or anything of the sort I will refer them to Leslie Pools. I am checking the laws about chemical returns, it is a grey area and they could do the return, they just didn't want to. Never recommending these people. Make sure you read all the fine print and the hand written notes they have behind them when they are ringing you up. And ask for an itemized receipt - which I never got, also saw David ring someone up and just gave him his credit card reciept, deceitful business..... My purchase happened on 7/8/23 for $77.92
